Well, unfortunately IUI #5 turned out negative. Dawn and I have always considered adoption an option but we wanted to explore all biological options first. The Dr's still say that any IUI could work and they know of no reason why they aren't but at this point we feel comfortable that we have taken all reasonable actions for biological children so we are ready to stop persuing fertility treatment and begin the adoption process.

Dawn is active on a large infertility message board so she has already received information from others who have chosen to adopt. At this time we are looking into international adoption from South Korea. We haven't yet started the formal process but we will asap once we know all the facts and IVF is fully paid off.

Yeah, a 3 day weekend approaches. Nothing big planned but it is always nice to have a longer weekend. We'll probably go to the beach at least one day or bum around San Diego.

We're Still waiting on the official results from IUI #5 but at this time indications are not positive.

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention a few weeks ago an old friend and school mate Kerry Sorenson stopped by for a couple of days while he was in town. We went out to dinner and went golfing. I hadn't golfed in a long time but it was really fun to get out and swing the clubs again (even if I am a terrible golfer).

For some reason geocities (that's who hosts our website) has been having problems so our site has not always been available. I've tried to update it and post a few times in the past couple of weeks but the site was not available. We'll try to get some new pics up this weekend sometime hopefully.

Ok, I think I've finally turned Dawn into an official geek like me. She now has her very own notebook pc and she loves it. She is not a power user so she didn't want anything great, so we just went with an Averatec. It is similar to the small Sony Viao but half the price. I thought for half the price you'd expect half the machine but it is actually very nice. If anyone is thinking about a cheap notebook, I would not hesitate to recommend the Averatec 3200.

Still waiting for the results from IUI #5...

Hi all,
Well, we went in for our IUI on Sunday. It went really well too, so that is cool. Now we are just hanging out for the next 2 weeks to see if it worked or not. This will be our 5th IUI.
Keep us in your prayers!!!

Ok, gonna try to get better and this blog thing and hopefully update it more often with anything we find interesting or just want share.

Dawn and I are still seeking fertility treatment. We are doing IUI's monthly - IUI # 5 coming up in a few days. The Dr's are still very optimistic so we just keep hoping to have some great news any month now. Stay tuned...
