I was so excited when he took his first steps today. I jumped up and down screaming and laughing like only a deliriously happy mommy would do! ;) Now he wants to walk all the time!

My Big Guy!!!!

Look who is 11 months old now...my Big Guy!

Yep, one more month and he will be 1 year old..WOW! The time really has gone by too fast! He is so close to walking, he doesn't realize it. He has been standing on his own for a few weeks now, and takes a step here and there, but not actually *walking* yet, but I am guessing very soon. Aiden also has 4 teeth now (front top and bottom 2), which is 4 more than Emily had at this age.

My little guy is sure growing up!

She doesn't understand what the big deal is 'cause she can stand and walk too. She is growing up so fast too. She is completely potty trained and has the vocabulary of a 5 year old or better, I swear! Sometimes she is too smart for her own good. The other night we were in the basement and she scared Aiden while he was grunting (trying to poop) and I told her that she scared him, and without skipping a beat, she smiled and said "I scared the crap out of him!" Not exactly what you want to hear a 2 year old say, but we cracked up anyway!!!
